The view of the town and surrounding hills and mountains is priceless There is always ground coffee and water available so you can make your own coffee at whatever time you like. So very glad there is really hot water at this hotel

I had to request housekeeping services on the 3rd day.

They are extremely kind and ready to help with any situation, offering great insights into the city’s hidden gems. • Authentic Breakfast: The typical Salvadoran breakfast was a highlight—well-prepared, delicious, and served exactly when you're ready. • The Rooftop: Forget the crowded miradouros! The hotel rooftop is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a panoramic view of Ataco. It’s comfortable and very convenient.

Cons/Areas for Improvement: • Room Lighting: The bulbs are quite weak. If you need to read or work, it can be a bit of a struggle. • Amenities: The bathroom water heater can be temperamental, though to their credit, the staff resolved it very quickly when notified. • Bed: The bed is very simple—nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for resting after a day of exploring.
