Cleanliness

It needs TLC Towels are getting thin.. Aircon requires re-gas Bathroom requires attention - Shower in the bath does not have a hook to hold the shower head. Has to use it by hand and battled keeping water inside the shower area No bath soap or shampoo supplied. Did not respond to e-mail after I made my booking on-line. Intercom at entrance does not work. Had to blow the hooter. No phones are answered.
