Clarens Cottages

I loved everything about the place and was so happy I found this gem! Beautiful scenery and close to the centre. And such a lovely and kind hostess. We will definitely be visiting again in the future..

This is a quiet, almost secluded, spot where you can relax and unwind. Particularly liked the balcony which may not look like much at first but after spending a lazy morning or afternoon gazing out over the mountains you start to appreciate the beauty of the cottage. Everything is provided for. If you left home without something - Don't worry it will be there. From body wash to toilet paper or milk; everything is catered for.

Lounge area could be more comfortable. Some of the trees need pruning as they will soon obscure the view of the mountains.

We loved the cottage! It is so cozy and has a homely feel. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony, looking at the lovely view and watching the birds chirping away. The cottage is spotless and has all you need. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, yet not part of all the busyness. When you sit on the balcony, looking out at the view, it is so serene and gives you the feeling that you are out of town, especially when you see the cows grazing across on the slopes. Thank you to the host, Dirna, for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing we did not like.

Our stay at Clarens Cottages was splendid! Great location, walking distance to all that Clarens has to offer. Very neat, clean and tidy. Quiet and tranquil, great for a weekend getaway. Dirna is friendly and very welcoming on arrival and departure. Will most definitely be staying at Clarens cottages again! Thank you for fantastic stay at your beautiful cottage. Rating 10-out-of-10!
