It was clean and comfortable.slept 3 Minni kitchen in a closet w refrigerator kettle,coffee and tea provided Very kid friendly Nice clean farm atmosphere Lots of playground equipment for kids Dayly provision of pellets for each child to handfeed the rabbits tortoises emus chickens ducks pig A free horse ride for kids provided Foodstore w i walking distance Lightweight bedding w spare blankets

The red soil doesnt stick to shoes but If it gets on clothes its hard to get soil stains out.not relevant for adults
