Am fost cazați un grup de 4 persoane/4 nopți la aceasta locație! Totul a fost conform descrierilor , micul dejun bogat în sortimente, zona de spa curățenie și miros plăcut iar camerele ok! Nimic de reproșat!

Zona de spa curata. Apa destul de calda. Suficienta pt gradul de ocupare al hotelului din timpul saptamanii, daca se aduna insa 5-6 familii lucrurile devin complicate in apa. Parcare ok Zona de hol cu loc de joaca pt copii Zona de masa suficient de mare. Caldura pe holuri/ loc de masa unde se putea mentine. Personal in regula.

La aproape 500 lei/ noapte consider ca partea de curatenie ar trebui abordata mult mai strict. Nu era aspirat in colturi, cateva mici panze de paianjen. Ar trebui facut cu mai multa atentie. In 3 nopti de cazare nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, desi erau lasate in acest sens. Nu s-a facut curatenie in camera (desi nici nu asteptam si implicit nu am eliberat, insa nu am vazut nici o intentie in acest sens). S-a pus hartie igienica si s-a luat cosul, in ziua 2. La micul dejun, desi destul de variat, ar putea exista un minim efort pe partea de patiserie de a lua ceva mai in regula. Pana si niste congelate de la LIDL si puse la cuptor ar fi mai gustoase decat ce se ofera. Mancare exista suficienta in general, insa la nivelul de jos, jos, jos al gamei. Nu se ofera halate. Costa 85 lei bucata. Din nou, la 500 lei/ noapte nu vad de ce "nu se merita" costul spalarii unor halate. Ca nu sunt de unica folosinta. 20-30% prea multi bani ceruti pentru serviciile totusi decente oferite. Ca de altfel stadiul general al turismului romanesc in acest moment.
