"Great Family Get Away"

Bev, the owner is friendly and we received a warm welcome. Perfect for a family get away with Beach, Boardwalk and variety of restaurants in a comfortable proximity. Quiet and safe especially have my kids with.

Not a deal breaker but when booking, check out times says from 9:30 am to 11am. Should rather start 10am as this is checking out time.

"Well Equipped Stay with Thoughtful Host"

Easy check-in with clear and helpful communication from the host, who was also friendly and hospitable—a definite plus. The self-catering unit was very well-equipped, making it a true gem! It also had a spacious bathroom with a shower, and everything was impeccably clean.

While the location is in Summerstrand, it’s quite a long walk to the beach if you don’t have a car or prefer to stroll, especially with children. There is a small complex nearby, and the Boardwalk is a bit further, but still a stretch on foot when accompanied by little ones. The night we checked in was quite humid, making for a hot and sticky evening. This wasn’t the host's fault, as she did offer an extension cord to bring one fan closer to the rooms. The noise factor from the fan was just the issue.

Bev and her team were simply outstanding. Loved all the little thoughtful touches like mosquito repellants that made our stay not only comfortable but home away from home. The uncapped wifi and full dstv and netflix was also a bonus. Daily house keeping at no additional cost was most appreciated. The area is quite and peaceful. The garden, pool and outdoor area was simply fantastic. We loved it so much that we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was fully booked. We most definitely will choose Toscana Cottage as our go to place the next time we in PE

Although we had fans in every room, the nights were very hot. Aircons would have been excellent.
