The lady was very kind and helpful! The stay was nice, the rooms weren't perfect, but were clean and functioned well enough. It was a safe and private area, and the grounds keepers deserve a raise, it was a beautiful up kept land!

Thank goodness my room was changed after the first night. That dirst night was horrible.

That first night was an absolute nightmare. Room 1 should never be given to guests. It is old, dirty, and poorly designed. Even the way the room is built feels wrong. There was so much dust that I was bitten by dust mites throughout the night. Thankfully, I always pack my own bath towel, which I had to place on the bed just so I could sleep. I was extremely relieved to be moved to Room 6 the following night, which was a much better experience. The second night was much better; however, I cannot stress enough the need for proper cleaning. There was an old soap container left on top of the shower, which should have been removed if the cleaning service were thorough. Because of my experience the first night, I did not want to risk dealing with dust mites again, so I slept on top of my gown instead. Even if a place is old, nothing beats a clean space. Mattresses should be deep cleaned, and waterproof mattress protectors should be used. At checkout, there was an issue with the card machine, so I paid via bank transfer instead. This was not a problem, and I immediately sent proof of payment to the staff member who assisted me. The following day, I received a message from someone I believe to be the owner, stating that the payment had not yet reflected. While I did not mind being contacted, I found the message unprofessional. There was no inquiry about my stay, and no acknowledgment that bank transfers often take up to two working days to reflect, despite the proof of payment having already been provided. I assume the payment eventually reflected, as I received no further communication. However, I also never received confirmation of payment or an apology, which added to the overall disappointing experience.

The breakfast, there's a room for improvement. They need to cater variety breakfast for each day not same thing every day, with fresh ingredients. .
