Our host, André Jnr, paid a lot of personal attention to detail. Our room was warmed for our arrival and we were offered coffee to warm us up further on a freezing cold day. After we walked to a local restaurant and it started to rain, André came to check on us and see whether we needed a lift back. And breakfast was delicious.

A beautiful heritage house!!! It is at the very end of the main road, which made for a quiet evening. The room was incredibly spacious with every amenity you could wish for. A very comfortable mattress, accompanied by an electric blanket for those seriously cold evenings. The en-suite had both a shower and a gorgeous slipper bath. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and they had excellent knowledge of the area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
