The fact that there is food on the premises. Staff in the kitchen has a service.

To be provided a room with a toilet that is faulty. Even weiss maintenance lady bring people to fix the toilet while a guest is still in the room. I had to pack and go.

The food made me sick and nauseous. Also we were rationed. Only one piece of chicken etc. Salads boring. I ate food just to stay alive. Shops too far away to go buy food.. They dont ask for preferences etc Just served whatever they wanted too
