Gorgeous room. Amazing pool. Lovely building. Great air con. Lovely outdoor gardens. Safe and secure.

Only thing I would say is that there was no one around to check in or check out. We had to wait around and search for someone to check in and when we checked out, we just left the key on the desk.

"Gio, Rosa, and Tomasso made me feel so welcome. I could not have asked for a better place to stay."

I arrived a guest and left part of the family. I am a digital nomad, and I stayed longer that most guests would. The location is an oasis in the city! Very close to grocery, the old town, and the beach. The villa portion is small, which is great and the outdoor space is wonderful. The pool was my second home. Always a vibrant scene on the weekends too.

The one thing, is the mattress in my room could use an update.

The pool area and breakfast area.

The staff were rude and unwelcoming. The pool bar was supposed to be open until 6pm, however the member of staff closed the bar at 3:30 and got in the pool. Our room was not serviced, we were just given more toilet roll and the air con was switched off, but no fresh towels or bedding.

"way too expensive for what you get and you don't get what is promised"

The staff

We paid 159 euro per night for the B&B and we have to pay extra for breakfast (Bed & Breakfast ?) Swimming in the pool also costs 10 euro per day and 30 euro in weekends each person extra. Parking costs 7 euro per day. The room is clean but the stuff is old and needs to be replaced. The door was broke so not safe and in the early morning the lights from the hall shines through the room. No fridge in the room, but a shared one in the hall with a frozen freezer compartment. When we checked out the owner says we could swim without paying if we want. Very strange and no responsibility. 159 euro for just the room with no facilities!

Pool and garden were excellent. Staff - Rosa and young handyman - were very warm and helpful.

Lack of bar, restaurant or cafe on site. Lack of any staff from afternoon until the next morning.

"If I come to Bari again, I will stay here."

There are many nice cafes and places to visit around. The pool was huge and beautiful. The room was large. The design was also very good. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

The staff does not speak English but they are helpful. The location is far from the old city, but there is bus transportation.
