"Bad"

The room felt very cold and damp, there was just a bad feeling in the room. We couldn’t put heater on as it was dirty. All we had was a sheet and a musty blanket. Location is very good.

"A beautiful and relaxing place to visit and stay."

Bosa is a beautiful place, and the Madalen guest house is such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Location, facilities and comfort are exceptional. We stayed at the Madalen in the same room 5 years ago and were just as happy with it this time. We thoroughly recommend it for future travellers to Bosa.

"Lovely room in great location with no attention to guests after the difficult check in"

Lovely decor, fantastic location, historic building, on busy square but very soundproof,

Bathroom had a lot of water damage and mold. It was a very convoluted WhatsApp check in with choppy instructions and very time consuming. a three day booking with two slivers of soap and two pillow pads of shampoo. Not exactly proving toiletries. No clean towels, no room tidying, not a person in sight No “ B” with this B&B

"Reasonably comfortable stay in the heart of Bosa."

Great location in the old town near a number of restaurants

The check in procedure changed from reception available between certain times to self check in. Only notified of this on day of arrival and as we were travelling we didn’t have wifi so didn’t receive new check in procedure. They were very angry that they had to come 2 minutes from where they were to check us in.

"Comfortable stay in a perfect location"

Perfect location and beautiful property. Very clean. The bathroom was a little old fashioned. But the bed was very comfortable!

"Exceptional"

Really loved it here, location was ideal and it has a gorgeous little terrace over looking the piazza which is nice to people watch, read a book and have a glass of wine 🍷 Bosa is a quaint little town which a lot of character it is really picturesque. The owner Carmen is very attentive and her place is a beautiful italian home

"A great place to stay to get a feel for Boas."

The location is great, and we had a balcony looking at the piazza and an interior room. Both were very nice and clean.

While we are used to going up stairs, they could be a problem for some.
