Great location, nice staff, nice bathroom, working AC. Would recommend to stay at this hotel!

Very close to the city Staff is very helpful and friendly Breakfast is very good Room is clean and nice Owner is very helpful

The family/staff were all so lovely. They couldn’t do enough for us. Great location a little back off the busy road but easy to just walk around everywhere. We really enjoyed the cooking class and recommend it. They were kind enough to drop us at the train station at 6 in the morning as it was too early for a taxi.

Location great Good value for money Host of the hotel(woman) very nice and helpful Host of the hotel (man) smelled with alcohol Awful low quality of food and smell of the multiple used oil from the kitchen Without elevator hard to grab the suitcase to the third floor I better pay more next time for better place Will never be back here

Breakfast was good

Shadow Inn is a good value option in central Ella, just a few minutes walk from the main street with all the bars and restaurants . It is a fairly basic place, don't expect 5 Star. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding.

Nothing it was all good.

Wonderful host and his family were just lovely. Very little English but enough to get by. Bathrooms were not the best but all in all it was a pleasant stay.
