- The facilities of the apartment it's broken or malfunctioning (even if we payed extra for a spa bathroom, the shower doesn't worked, probably for a while) - when we reserved this appointment, we required a location that accept animals( this location on booking has this mention). When we arrived at the location, the receptionist say that usually, they don't accept animals, because don't want any damages, but if we will supervise all the time our little dog, we can stay at the location. For us was very frustrating, because this was the most important aspects of this location, the fact that they declared that are petfriendly
