Before settling in, we had over 13 hours of travel and less than two hours of queuing at the border. We were given a late check-in and refreshments. Thanks to the incredible comfort and location of the hotel, we were able to have a good rest and easily continue to discover the stunning beauty of Romania. We are incredibly grateful for the welcome and can confidently recommend this place!

Simply fantastic accommodation. Position is perfect as you can take a walk to the city center or to the castle. Room was super clean, bed extremely comfortable. Owner is wonderful lady in loved with oldtimers and tennis. We will come back fir sure!

New, in perfect condition, very nice design, host was very welcoming. 15-20 min walking to the centre for evening meal. The best accommodation and hospitality from 12 different aaccomodations in two weeks holiday throughout Europe. It was the only accommodation where we were treated like honoured guests. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

I enjoyed everything here!

We liked everything here: starting with the extremelly nice host and ending with the room/building/services. We were on a longer motorcycle trip and we decided to pamper ourselves, after a few days of riding in very hot weather. And pampered we were: after being greeted with enthusiasm by our host, we've been shown to a very large and beautiful room (worth of at least 4 stars), with a balcony, overlooking the Deva Citadel. I won't go into much detail, as everything was perfect: the huge and comfy bed, the large and fully furnished bathroom, the home-made cognac "on the house", the perfect breakfast, etc.

The only tiny issue was the distance from the city center, which isn't that bad (15-20 min walking), but is compulsory for dinning (there is no restaurant at the location, or nearby). On the other hand, the location is very close to the national road, which was great for a quick exit when departed (so it is not really a minus, but more of an information for potential visitors).
