Room was tiny with no windows Large room divided by plywood walls into small rooms Absolutely no privacy, you can hear the other guests on their phones. No individual lights, one light for the whole area so if one person turns the light on, all the rooms light up! Breakfast included but no choices, you get what’s on offer. Rice, noodles and boiled egg I woke up covered in bites and a rash all over my legs, stomach and back! Be prepared for an itchy, restless night!

Problem here is that I booked a single room, but but what i got was in fact a large dorm with partitioned cubicals. Partitions did not go up to ceiling. Area was very small, single bed plus abot half a metre. Rather depressing appearance. As it was in reality a dorm, it was not great value for money. They do have some better rooms. However, was still better than a non-partioned dorm. Of the 4 toilets I checked 3 and none had attached toilet seats, just resting on the bowl or on the floor in the corner. Passable for for one night. Apparently no local restaurants and long way out of town centre.

Dasi had a nice communal garden sitting area where you could chat with other guests. The staff helped us catch a local bemo to the waterfront restaurant area. This was a highlight of our one night in Ende

A bit noisy with rooster & traffic noise but this has been common throughout Flores!
