Tiszta, modern apartmanház, ami egy dombtetőn található. Az egész várost belátni, az erkélyről gyönyörű a kilátás. Csendes, nyugodt környezet. A belváros ugyan kicsit messze van (kb. fél óra séta), de autóval / taxival pár perc. A városban olcsó a taxi szolgáltatás.
