Otelden cıkış yaptiktan sonra valizlerin bir süre kalmasını istedik , cünkü hediyelik esya alacaktik fakat kabul etmediler, dunyanin hic bir yerinde cogu ulkede konakladım ama boyle bir uygulama gormedim o yuzden aldigim memnuniyet bununla sınırlı

Krásný a prostorný pokoj. Součástí pokoje i lednice. Milý personál. Dobré snídaně. Možnost vyprání prádla za poplatek. Dobrá lokalita vůči centru Elly.

Není k dispozici moskytiéra (hodila by se). Na pokoji není klimatizace. Horši koupelna, nefunkční zařizovací předměty. Baterie na umyvadle stříkala mimo umyvadlo. Horní sprcha moc nefungovala. Celá sprcha se hýbala všemi směry. Za tuto vyšší cenu za ubytování bych očekával hezčí a kvalitnější koupelnu, ale asi se připlácí za dobrou lokalitu nedaleko centra.

Great location because it was very close to the downtown area. I really enjoyed the spacious room, the AC was doing a great job, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was pretty nice too. The room was very clean. The staff ladies were helpful and nice. I liked interacting with them and they were proactive.

Reaching in front of the hotel with the car is an entire adventure. The road is extremely steep and narrow and not in the best condition. You can make it up there, no question about it, but it ain't that easy. Another thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to pay for the laundry. They charge by kilogram! I understand that the price of 700 rupies (2 €) per kilogram is standard everywhere in Ella with minimal differencies, but I personally think, when you book a room called "luxury king room" that the laundry washing should be included in the price. The staff was friendly, but I just think that it is a bit too much to have to pay for the laundry on top of the price of the room. The breakfast was ok at most. Being close to the downtown area is great, but also very noisy at night, because of the loud music blasting from 2-3 major restaurants/clubs. Although I mentioned a couple of not so good things here, I still enjoyed my stay there.

המקום ממש קרוב לרחוב הראשי, עם נוף מהמם שרואים ממש טוב, כמה דקות מהבית חבד. נקי מאד ומרווח. החסרון היחיד שהוא נמצא על גבעה תלולה אבל שווה את זה. המארחת מקסימה ואמינה ויש שירותי מוניות עם הנחות למתארחים.

Para llegar al hotel hay una rampa súper empinada y los tuktuk no pueden llegar, lo que te pegas unas buenas subidas y bajadas para ir al centro, pero por suerte está muy cerca

Das Rock Face liegt etwas oberhalb des umtriebigen und abends lauten Zentrums, was sehr gut ist; man hat auch einen freien Blick über den Ort. Das Haus ist schön und sauber, unser Zimmer und das Bad waren ebenfalls sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ab halb 8 kann man frühstücken. Die Betreiber waren sehr höflich und freundlich. Viel genutzt haben wir Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln.

Kleinigkeiten: Unter der Fleecedecke gab es kein Leintuch (hoffentlich wird sie nach jedem Gast gewaschen...), die Badezimmer schloss nicht, die Vorhänge haben nicht verdunkelt, so dass es ab 6 taghell im Zimmer ist.

tutto molto bene, la camera era ampia e pulita. il terrazzo ottimo per rilassarsi. la colazione era buona, non troppo tipica però abbondante. Lo staff è stato molto gentile.

La struttura è in un posto difficile da raggiungere anche con le auto e i tuk tuk, la salita è molto ripida, non è lunga a piedi si fa tranquillamente, ma con le auto si fatica ad arrivare (da tenere in considerazione se avete molti bagagli).

Het ontbijt was prima.

De kamer is basic, er is behoorlijk onderhoud nodig. De waterdruk bijvoorbeeld is heel laag,. Het is dichtbij het centrum, maar omdat de weg daarheen enorm stijl is, heb je een goede conditie nodig. Tenslotte hadden wij niet zo'n lekker gevoel bij de taxi, die de eigenaar voor ons regelde. Die was veel kleiner dan ze ons had verteld. De taxi chauffeur schrok toen hij hoorde wat we de eigenaar hadden betaald.

For breakfast the fruit selection was delicious, good coffee served in a pot, individual small plain omelettes, ideal for a quick breakfast. Mountain of toast also provided, which we didn’t use.

Nothing, it was a good experience, very good value, clean and had everything we needed.
