Aside from the location, the price was reasonable and the staff were very helpful and flexible (very rare in Japan!)... Kitchen was functional and very clean.

Nothing in particular. Maybe the shower curtain? It's not enough to cover, so while showering I didn't realize that water was splashing outside, leaving my clothes a bit wet 😂
