"Felt very uncomfortable in dirty room and got very little sleep on uncomfortable bed."

Shower was good

Pillows very old and very uncomfortable. Mattress very hard. Dirty room with many spiders including around the toilet pan and ceiling corners. Corridor outside room smelt strongly of damp.
