King Street Accomadation

The room allows for enough space to get in & out of bed, there is tea & coffee making facilities which is nice to get your day started, as sleep isn't a constant especially being close to the street. The TV viewing has plenty of programmes to chose from, so if the weather isn't satisfactory you'll have the option to enjoy a variety of choices. There is a foot stool provided at the end of the bed, but not enough space for chairs, so you'll best to enjoy it from the comfort of your bed. There is a chest of draws but no wardrobe due to the limited space, so if you're thinking of bringing any suits or dresses for special events there is a clothes hook on the wall, but limited hooks for use. The bathroom is shared, but be mindful as the temperature of the shower isn't set, so best to test out by letting it run & adjust with the tap.

Floors creak constantly when movement is outside your room, but as the house is 350 years old & I'd expect to creak if it was me. But a sign on the bathroom door asking people to stop having conversations when you're stood out side on the landing would be helpful, especially when settling in for the evening.
