The staff was hospitable enough and generally nice

The description wasn't correct on the room and I didn't end up staying any nights. But it has been an uphill battle to get a refund with these guys. I was first offered a full refund, after speaking with them, which they never gave. Then they offered me a partial refund which they still have not refunded me. Outside of the front desk, the customer service is horrendous. Booking.com has been terrible at trying to help. They've also kept promising to follow up and they still have not. This has been going on for 6 weeks.

Me disgustó que no hubo secador de cabello, vasos de vidrio para bebidas y la disposición de penalidad por daños en lencería de habitación.
