location is great.

personel was not answering messages during the incidente at night (loud behaviour of other guests at midnight, presence of people not staying there in the apartment). moring response was that phone call should be done which is dificult if you dont know italian or english. additionaly if someone is not reading messages it might be difficult to answer the call.

Very loud and noisy because it is near all the bars. Not good for families. .

"A nice surprise!"

The staff was amazing, so helpful to show us how to operate the washing machine and describe the area. He helped bring our luggage up to room 4, and let us use the room a little earlier. We had travelled a distance, so it was much appreciated.
