①房间在6楼且无电梯，要背着行李走约120个台阶，且在平台没有备注（要走6楼的楼梯）；②客房内无卫生间只有公共卫生间且是4个客房共有卫生间；③大门上无标识且客服电话是打不通的；④床品、毛巾老、旧；⑤所以该客房是不可退的，一经下单那怕找不到或不满意也只能自认倒霉；⑥该客房是我预订Book ing平台上最差的一次，⑦无早餐。

Not having on suite facilities

Very close to the train station. Fine for an overnight stop. Quick ‘ish’ response over message.

- We have since returned home with multiple bed bug bites. CHECK the mattress. - 5th floor. No lift. 110 steps with luggage. - NOT an ensuite. Shared bathroom. Awoke early to use facilities in the morning, one toilet covered in vomit. Small shower with little water pressure. - Check in held at a local bar. Not ideal lugging suitcase to go back. No indication which room was ours.

Pleasant large room with a hint of contemporary art.

Main dislike was that the room was on the 5th floor (no lift) and entrance / stairs were of below average appearance. I was aware that the bathroom was outside the room, but would have preferred en-suite. Tea / coffee facilities were outside the bedroom.
