Located is great, peaceful, room was good sized, helpful and friendly staff, who went out their way to help,,I had no hot water for the shower, was regased, in 10 minutes, & I asked for a kettel ,for coffee and tea, had 1 within minutes, would receive Dewi Ayu, for sure.

Cleaning of the room was superficial,! Should be cleaned with alot more effort, instead of a quick brush and mop & use Cleaning chemicals, breakfast was OK,no butter for spreading on toast.

Les chambres sont propres et spacieux, les personnels accueillant et bienveillants. Et au petit-déjeuner les banana pancakes sont une tuerie 😋. L'emplacement est vraiment idéale, le palais et le monokey forest étant accessible à pied facilement. Malgré l'emplacement central, ça reste calme et nous ne sommes pas embêté par les nuisances de bruit la nuit. Et la launderette en face est très pratique abordable pour faire le linge. Si un jour je reviens à Ubud, je reviens ici sans hésitation.

La salle de bain manqué des étagères ou endroit de ranger nos affaires, un tapis de bain aurait être apprécié aussi.

The location was perfect for ease of shopping, eating and relaxing.

We had to ask for the hot water to be turned on, every time we wanted a shower. This was not a problem for the owners but you then had to wait for it to heat up and if plans change (which they do often) then you don't always have time to wait.

Le manque de propreté général, l’état de la salle de bain et le petit-déjeuner peu varié.

Le staff était attentionné, je suis très heureuse de mon séjour, l’environnement généreux en végétation est très agréable et tranquille!

Au moment de ma réservation il était mentionné qu’une navette de l’aéroport pouvait être organisée avec l’établissement mais ce n’était malheureusement pas le cas. J’ai pris une offre de taxi proposée sur booking et ça s’est très bien passé.

Lovely stay, and very good sized room with a terrace. Nice staff, a good breakfast, and a guarantee of many monkey encounters to the gardens each day. Perfect location. Very close to bars, restaurants, and walking distance to the art market and water palace. Excellent value

Room initially smelled damp.
