Ramaniya House

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including hot water in the shower - a big plus. Breakfast was amazing and served on the terrace by our incredibly kind host. The location is excellent, with the bazaar just around the corner. Since it’s in the heart of Ubud, the street can be lively, but it didn’t bother us at all - we slept very well and felt completely relaxed.

Mattress smells, pillows smell , room not clean (spider web, dust, foul stinky in room(dampness).

The bathroom needs some work

We were meant to stay only a couple nights, ended up staying for 6. Room is very comfortable. Opposite the soccer fields and you can join the locals for a game. In walking distance of gyms. Grab bikes are also available quite quickly. Close to many shops, restaurants and attractions. The host is also very friendly. Breakfast is also nice. Everything was clean.

Live music played nearby until around 11pm but you can get some earplugs and sleep through it.

The rooms were plain but spacious. The aircon worked. There was hot water. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Internet worked and it felt safe

We thought there was going to be a balcony but there was only an inside facing passage. It was very close to the next building and road but was sufficiently quiet.

Great central location in Ubud, comfortable room, nice host, everything very clean and with wardrobe and desk to leave bags and clothes. Access is via stairs.
