A little bit mosquito since I leave in the first floor but the owner allow me to leave in the second floor afterwards

very sweet host, lovely guesthouse. Facilities were clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection is simple but great. Hot water in the shower, and a spacious wardrobe to keep your belongings.

the door is quite thin for the rooms on the ground floor so you can hear the birds chirp in the morning but with earplugs it wasn't an issue. Overall a great stay!

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Hot/cold water and soap/shampoo in bathrooms. Adequate breakfast (1 food item, 1 drink - either coffee/tea or fruit juice) though other guesthouses offer a few slices of fruit alongside the main breakfast, this place doesn't. Tours offered but you should do your research to ensure their price is competitive. Drinking water via spigot located in main area but not initially disclosed to us, so we were buying bottled water from street vendors on first day. Wifi in rooms but it can be spotty at times.

Despite booking months in advance and confirming our arrival time, we experienced an unfriendly checkin "show us proof of your booking", "give us your passport. Not just 1, show us all 4 passports". There appeared to be a friendlier change in hospitality though when we booked a tour thru them. Barking dog in complex that yapped every night from 10pm until midnight and the caged birds start their chatter at 6am, so we used ear plugs.

Location, beautiful nature and trees when you enter, good room size and clean

The bathroom sometimes was smelling a bit but it was clean

Lovely guesthouse in the very centre of Ubud located on a quite street - close to Ubud Palace and walking distance to Monkey Forest. Great staff, very nice room and breakfast and very good value.
