"great location but too cold in the winter"

very convenient location for visiting umag, in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking.

we visited in december, and the room was too cold. there was heating from an aircon unit but it was insufficient and the radiators in the bedroom & bathroom were both switched off. i would happily stay again in warmer weather, but not in the winter.

Nice position, easy to reach without the need to go to the city center, but still in a walkable distance from the center. I liked it and have no objections.

Nothing special, the room and the service were all very reasonable.
