USGreat location. Felt safe. Warm room and easy check in. The room was on the larger side, which was awesome. There was an electric kettle and the window opened.
Could have been cleaner and the bed was deeply uncomfortable.

GBPerfectly located for exploring the centre of York. Parking is tricky but with local knowledge provided by Melissa, I was able to find a more than suitable spot to leave the car overnight just a few seconds from the front door. The accommodation is charming, quiet and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room was very much appreciated.

GBVery good location to York City Centre. Good access can come and go. Good value for money for short stay as long as not spending too much time in the room as its very basic and no TV.
The air vents was filthy, fixtures and fittings need attention inc. sink shelf (about to fall down) and cupboard hinge broken. TV did not work. No breakfast offered but knew that on booking. Tea and Milks only provided for morning one and last morning.
