ARNo tiene recepción. Cualquier problema es un conflicto y no hay quien brinde una solucion. Ese tipo de alojamiento es Inconveniente por que por ejemplo un día hizo mucho frio y el alojamiento no puso la calefaccion. Booking debe dejar de lado ese tipo de alojamiento. Además, la ausencia de Recepcion, no se refleja en los precios de alojamiento.
Muy bajo nivel de servicio. Por estuve 2 noches. No vuelvo nunca mas a ese hotel.

GBI was looking for a late checkout as I was here for business, but the room had guests expected so they weren't able to provide me with a later checkout. However, they offered me a place to set up my laptop and work from in their own private space as a way of accommodating my needs, and I appreciated that.
Nothing, it was what I needed and I have no complaints.
GBThe location. 10 minutes walking to the center. Very quite area. The fact they provide in the ground floor a mini fridge and a microwave, quite convenient and is should be featured in the guest house description on the Booking platform. It’s a plus.

GBI was able to check in 24-7, which was vital as I had flown in to Leeds Bradford very late at night.
Unfortunately, I am 70 years old and had heavy luggage. The room was at the very top of the house, up a lot of stairs, meaning an extremely difficult climb to the room.

My room No. 7….looked tired and needed refreshing, the shower and toilet area far too small and inside the shower the sealant /tiles were painted over I’m guessing to hide any black mould...!!! The tv on the wall was a joke , ( screen about 8” x8” ..!) you needed binoculars the screen was that small. A full length mirror would be a good addition to the room.Investing in LARGE ( not postage stamp size.!) bathroom towels which don’t feel like sand paper when you’re drying off ..! …
