GB(Breakfast not part of the deal.) Reasonably convenient for station, buses, shops etc. Quiet location and didn't really hear other guests nor outside noises. Impersonal decoration, white bedding and towels. Nice welcome from owner.
There was only one bedside table and reading lamp. Tea, coffee and milk were not replenished every day and there was no alternative except to go out. Some things looked a little tired: the bathroom grouting needed bleaching and sealant was a bit messy. Otherwise things were clean and tidy.

GBOnly a quick walk from York Center. Nice and quiet and a lovely bright room. Ideal if you are out the whole day and need a bed to sleep. Price is really good and I would definitely come back.
