Good location, just a bus ride into the city.

May be a fridge in the room would be a asset.

The property was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Well located close to the bus stop for a short and regular service to the centre of York. A dedicated parking space was a plus.

The location was great

The walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can hear everything! We were in room 4 on the ground floor and didn’t get an ounce of sleep. The guests above us weren’t quiet. We could hear every word. The constant creaking of floorboards and the awful sound of his/her snoring all night long were just too much for us.

There was no breafast

There was no heating at night , despite reporting it after the first night, and the reassurances it would work

Good location two minutes from very useful bus stops. Good parking and easy location to find. comfortable rooms

Soundproofing could be better. Able to hear person in next room snoring and people moving around in room above (more so than in any hotel). This is not major and we would stay again
