The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The beach is amazing and close to the apartment. Very comfortable and clean room.

We had the studio with terrace. The terrace is large, private, and better than amazing to relax, idyllic location, short walk to the supermarket & the beach (with both free and paid options) with a cute bar, cats in the streets, nice garden, private staircase. 20 min to train station by foot, Rome is like an hour away by train. There are also paid add-ons (we didn't use) (washing machine, microwave, beach towels,...). The hosts are really very kind and communicate instantly! For such good price (!) there definitely couldn't have been a better accommodation in this location for us. –The entrance is actually through Via Calipso 2, which is just a different entrance around the corner to the same property.

For the price, no negatives for us. –but for you, if you are extremely sensitive to: slight whooshing of passing cars from the street (only heard from terrace); once or twice we heard (from our room) other guests closing doors. Also I recommend leaving the bathroom door open to let it ventilate.

Nice room, good value for money, close to the beach and things like supermarket, restaurant, cafe, or casino. Leonardo was very nice and helpful.

The host family was super nice and helpful. Close to the beach and nearby train station. Budget friendly.
