Té una excepcional ubicació en Broto amb vistes al poble i a la cascada del Sorrosal. A més, disposa de cuina conpartida per poder-te cuinar, així com altres zones comuns com un saló i un jardí. També compta amb lloc per a aparcar el cotxe i és un allotjament molt tranquil.
