The location!

Everything was under expectations ! Starting with the arrival and finding the owner a bit intoxicated with alcohol( parting with some men at the entrance) Very small room( nothing like in pictures) dust everywhere, beds in very bad conditon, flies on the walls , no net to prevent the flies, no storage only one bedside table but 2 beds... no shelves in the room and in the bathroom..very basic and not confortable at all! First morning after our first night, someone tried to get into our room without knoking ,forcing the door and the rest of the doors of the floor. When I asked what is happening and getting mad ,I was questioned " why am I upset?"????" Twe owner and her family verbaly attached us and made us feel very scared and not welcome and not safe. Next door tourists were very loud and having drink at all times , therefore we were not able to sleep... When we complained , the owner said that everyone is aloud to be loud... and that I am free to leave if I don t like it and also that she needs to clean the rooms therefore is no need to knock at the door coz is not a hotel......... (!!!!!!) Also regarding the parking lot ,was only available one night, the other 2 nights I had to find myself one and I was even blocked by others.... This place is not for normal turists...not quiet..not safe Very bad experience, hope other turists will find a better place.

This place is a great compromise between price and location … only 10 to 15 minutes walk to Slovenska Beach with a lot restaurants , coffeehouses , grocery stores even phone service. Place was very clean and Lola is great manager with lovely personality and hospitality 🤗

Very friendly host, and great balcony to take a breakfast wtih the view on roofs and Adriatic sea.

It would be nice to upgrade kitchen equipment.

Cozy guest house with very friendly host. There is almost everything you need, even a small beautiful balcony where you can have breakfast. The old town can be reached on foot in about twenty minutes. As for the wishes for improvement, it seems to me that some kind of sign would be nice to make the place easier to find. There is no shower gel and shampoo in the shower. There is also large-scale construction going on right next to the house - it can make noise in the morning.

Good price , wry clean , big parking everytime can find place for car
