Nice staff, small kitchen to use

I rarely write opinions like this but... Very small, dark and hot room (and whole place), AC not strong enough, it was very hot. Many problems with water, often there was no water, no pressure in shower so we had to wash with use of a bucket (overall not big problem but to wash long hair it's a nightmare). No place to sit outside to chill, just inside a very hot building. Seems that they try to save on everything as much as they can. In this climate its not okay for this money

It was located super close to the boat port where we needed to go next day early in the morning.

Bed sheets were with holes, no water running from the tap so had to use the bucket provided with water.

Good location for taking a ferry boat.

Bathroom although clean was very smelly

We received a free upgrade upon arrival which was a blessing after a long day of travel. The room was spacious and very clear, and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. A bit of a walk away from the busy area of town but very close to the ferry port.
