Nice breakfast available at a good price, friendly staff, close to ferry port

Room was tiny and hot, no room for a couple, sun coming through the window all day made the room extremely hot even with AC. The fan was on the ceiling so blew directly at our faces keeping us up at night. Thin walls. When we arrived we had no water in the bathroom, when it was fixed it was a tiny dribble and was freezing cold. Staff were friendly but not massively helpful

I loved my stay. It's a no-frills place and it feels like you're part of a family. The bed is comfy, wifi is overall pretty solid, the receptionists are super nice and there's a man called Fernando who works there and who's just the sweetest person. I really felt welcomed by them all. It's a 5 min walk from the port a 10-min walk to coffee shops and restaurants. It's a great place for backpackers who are tired of sharing rooms and want a private place to relax and plan the rest of their journey.

I liked the idea that you can order breakfast and dinner from the menu for a small amount.

The location is ideal if you have an early ferry (though not if you wish to stay in town - its about a 20 walk from there). The staff are super friendly, the room is basic but adequate and the shared bathroom is clean and serviceable. The price is superb.

The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear the entirety of the conversations going on next door - though that's more a complaint about the people up gabbing between 2am and 5am than the accommodation! The fan keeps you cool enough but AC would be more comfortable. But for the price and the very friendly service, they're small complaints.

The staff was amazing, the shower was hot, the Aircon was reasonable quiet We liked that it's not near all the tourists, but some might find that bothering. It's only 20pesos or so to grab a trike to coron town center, and if you have a scooter, it's nice to be a bit away. The food was good, and the laundry service was on time and good value for money We stayed in princess room, a bit dark, because there is no outside window, but the lighting is good, so just turn on the lights Bonus no window means less risk f mosquitoes We came back for another night after spending a week on culion (2 ferries a day from nearby port, we highly recommend it)
