Walking distance to Hinagdanan Cave and close to Alona Beach. The place is clean and the caretakers are very friendly and nice.

Wasn’t as good as I thought referring to the reviews. Nice was the scooter rental not far away (in front of the entrance of the mithi resort) so you could go to other places, but only one restaurants there, no ATM, far away from the places to be. To bright for me to sleep, but still very good value for money. Staff speaks almost no English, very hard to communicate

Very nice room, i extended my stay multiple times. The caretaker lady does an excellent job. Motorcycle rental nearby. Excellent value for the price. Away from the hustle and bussle of Alona. Short walk to excellent swimming in Hinagdanan Cave.

The cheap foam mattress were uncomfortable. I am 250lbs and I sank right to the bottom, it was like sleeping in a hammock. Could not sleep on my side. Be prepared to cook, there are very few restaurants or places to order delivery in this area.

This is far away from the touristy area in Panglao, renting a scooter down the road was a must. A couple small local owned shops to buy food, drinks, coffee on the street. We were the only ones staying on the property the whole stay so it was very peaceful

Lack of amenities. Not a single bit of soap, no shower amenities, no coffee, no water. No restaurants near by. The nicer beaches are located on the other side of the island
