No breakfast, location was good, hostess was kind good looking, and very pleasant

What a great little set up. The studio was so cosy and quiet as it was separate from any other rooms/ houses etc. plenty of space inside the room for my stay and room for my cycle outside. The shower was good and even in July the owner provided heating as it was quite cold. Easy access to the local restaurants and take aways too. A really nice touch was the fridge and fresh milk for tea and coffee! A toaster, microwave and kettle ensured I had everything I needed.

The room had the facility as other airbnb rooms, with fridge, microwave, towels, cutlery and crockery. But NO shower gel..thankfully I had carried my own.

The walk into the arch leading to room was heavily layered with spider web which appeared to be there for days! The room was dusty and thick layer of dust above the wooden shelf. Shower was TOO small to move around in and the shower head was not gripping into the shower holder..it kept dropping off the holder..was very very uncomfortable to hold the shower head and shower. Towels were very discoloured! NOW BE PREPARED TO HAVE A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE RESTLESS NIGHTS SLEEP; After a very long day of drive from London at 3.30am in morning and day full of meetings back to back. I had shower and laid to rest and only to be WOKEN at 1am because of THE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS with springs of mattress poking into my whole back and heels of my feet. The spring mattress appeared to be very old and had no layer of sponge which was worn out and could only feel the springs poking out!! I felt very sore in my back.. and had to book for massage and chiropractic treatment upon my return back to London. I left note for the owner of discomfort I had from the worn out mattress. Emma had no courtesy to call me to apologise. I think the owner should try on sleep on the worn out spring mattress herself and see how feels in the morning! I demand HALF REFUND of the price I paid of £55 because of WORST MATTRESS I have ever slept on in my over 6 decades of travel! And cost me more to have back treatment.
