Harry's Ocean House Watukarung Homestay

Great location. The property is less than 1 minute walk to the beach where the waves and warungs are. Poppy was an amazing host, cooks some of the best breakfast every morning (always something new each day), and was really helpful with every request we had (transport, dinner requests, things to do). The room had lots of space and AC.

Absolute prime location in the very friendly town of Watukarung. Accommodation was modest and perfectly equipped for a surf trip with a friend. Our host, Poppy, provided us with daily goodies (fresh fruit, baked biscuits etc..) and was excellent in helping us renting a scooter, giving recommendations for places to eat and also making some pretty epic pizza. We would come back without a second thought.

All is good about this place

Humble Indonesian hospitality at it's finest! It's one of those low impact places, very local, very Indonesian. The facility has everything you need, it's clean enough, there were cats and the best thing is the staff. Poppy helped us with the Pacitan itinerary, she was very helpful and they even prepared a surprise for our friend who celebrated her birthday. The food that's outside their resort also sells very cheap food and they are also very accommodating!

The beach is not very swimmable because the waves are soooo big. It's really for surfers. But it's good enough to play with it in the shore.
