Late-night-check-in! Super einfach und egal zu welcher Zeit, auch nach 0.00 Uhr. Klasse Frühstück, alles frisch und auf die Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Kinderspielmöglichkeit.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen. Mit viel Gepäck ist der Fußweg etwas weit. Parken gestaltet schwieriger als erwartet. Das Navi hatte etwas seine Schwierigkeiten uns so nah wie möglich zu lotsen mit dem Auto.

"Nie wieder!"

Lage

Als wir eine halbe Stunde vor check-in ankamen, hat uns der Besitzer nochmals für eine Stunde vertröstet. Nach 1,5 Stunden war er dann nicht erreichbar! Später hat ihn jemand (vom Personal?) geweckt. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr.7. Die Einrichtung ist okee.Als wir feststellen mussten, dass der Boden im Zimmer nicht gewischt wurde, haben wir notdürftig Handtücher genommen. Auch die Handtuch-Heizung war nicht sauber. Ich bin im Zimmer NIE barfuß gelaufen- es hat mich einfach geekelt. Das Frühstück war speziell: Eine Platte mit Wurst und Käse, sowie kleine Sandwiches und einen Teller Rührei. Orangensaft Fehlanzeige. Obst: Eine alte Banane und schrumpelige Äpfel. Das angebotene Müsli wollte ich nicht probieren. Das Haus mit dem Innenhof hat definitiv Potential- ist an allen Ecken sehr ungepflegt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall NICHT.1 Wir waren ehrlichgesagt froh, nach 2 Tagen wieder abreisen zu können.

La propreté de la chambre

Pas de volets, ni de rideaux occultants, et surtout la salle du petit déjeuner fermée aucun personnel dans l établissement, chambre réservée avec petit déjeuner, aucune réponse à nos messages, partis sans avoir eu de petits déjeuners, très déçus.....

Excellent stay in the heart of Kranj, only about 10 minutes from the airport. The location was very convenient for exploring the city while still being peaceful and family friendly. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always responsive to any requests during our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the lovely home-made breakfast, especially the omelet and toast. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Das uns mitgeteilte Zimmer ist anscheinend Dauer vermietet. Im Flur ist das Licht kaputt,, alles ist finster. Restaurant scheint es nicht mehr zu geben obwohl damit Werbung gemacht wird. Der Innenhof ist mit Fahrrädern zugestellt, Gäste sieht man aber keine. Generell alles eher verwahrlost. Da sollte sich booking.com.m aleher selber ein Bild davon machen.
