"Perfectly situated short walk to waterfront and green to exercise dog. Clean tidy and ideal."

We liked that there was a shower mat on the radiator ready to use and shower gel in shower. Pillows comfy.

The fan in the shower room next door to room 3 is quite noisy and can be heard in the bedroom. But it seems to be a powerful fan and clears the shower room of steam quickly so cant really do anything about that as its much needed. Just have earplugs.

The lady who greeted me was lovely

The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable as were the pillows. Very lumpy and creaky and no "give" when you moved. Woke up many times with aches all over
