It was cold. Becauce the doors to the "house/ garden" was open all night long.

The ladies were nice. The room is spacious with a lot of cute decorations. There are many cats downstairs.

The location is around half an hour's walk from the train station, there was no air conditioner but a fan, some noises coming from the cars on the street. The shared bathroom is a bit tiny and water from the shower splashes everywhere.
