"clean, good price, good location"

Everything are good, the room is compact but still comfy. Bed and pillow tender more than i expected. i choose to stay here because of concert event at Khaoyai Marathon only 5 minutes by car, a bit higher rate on that day but acceptable anyway.

the entrance too small for pickup truck but its not a big deal

The availability and help from the staff.

The container house had a zinc roof, so when it started to rain heavily we couldn't sleep at all. The shower needs improvement.

"Handy basic room near the NATIONAL PARK"

no breakfast, location ok for getting to kao yai, and the owner put us in touch with a tour guide for the forest. Clean enough

Room was very basic and small - a container which had been converted, and the shower room was falling apart.
