Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorization on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, extra guests will be charged. Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbors. In case of nonsocial behavior or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. Please note that all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
