"The perfect base for exploring Porto"

The rooms were really cool, we enjoyed the design of them. The location is also perfect for exploring Porto. The reception staff were super helpful and very responsive. Excellent value for money too!

Do no stay here!! No working AC in room (during a heatwave). Multiple rooms had this issue and we found out the issue has been ongoing for months (we were not made aware of the issue until the day we arrived. The hotel management is doing nothing about it. And after their staff promised me a full refund, the hotel is now reneging on this. Getting in touch with someone is impossible. Save yourself the trouble and found somewhere else to stay in Porto!

The breakfast was very good!

The only issue were the steps in the room. We are Seniors and were concerned about getting up in the night and falling.
