Uporto House Villa

The hotel is located outside the city center but there is a bus you can get there in 20 min. Very nice and calm area, and close to the supermarket.

The place is good, clean, location seems a bit outside but there is a bus nearby that takes you straight to the city center in a short ride. There's also another bus that took us straight to the train station, also connection with metro. There's kitchen, small nice garden, and amenities to share.

All good but we had a late check-in and there was no shops or anything open at that time to buy water, maybe a bottle of water in the room could be a nice thing to leave hosts to improve customer service.

Attention from the host was good, the bathroom is big, and social areas were clean and comfortable

Some guest did not clean the cutlery after using it in the kitchen

The bed duvet was a too small Wi-Fi was slow

Cute little villa with kind people. There is a supermarket near so it was very practical.

We hear everything! It looks like the walls are very thin. The noise woke us up a couple times during the night (both from the street and the people in the facility)
