Lovely place, very central, lovely staff.

Rooms were not suitable for ladies our age. Toilets and shower were communal, but manager understood and arranged to transfer us to another place. We had to pay the full price of 2nd accommodation up front. Manager told us he cancelled our booking with booking. Com and that we would receive a refund????

The premises are very beautiful and the staff are welcoming and responsive and it's not very far from the main avenue and it's in the heart of the old city of Rabat so you really get the full local experience! It's also great for a business trip which is what I was there for so I was out all day and would come back to a safe comfortable place to sleep it off

Atención recibida muy cercana, desayuno muy rico y abundante, camas cómodas.

El baño se encuentra fuera de la habitación y es compartido, sería más cómodo dentro de la habitación pero tampoco nos causó inconveniente alguno.

Hii i went to this hotel 2 days ago i booked 2 rooms 1 for me and my male friend and for twin room for my female friend. As we are foreigners.. i booked and paid the moment we reached at reception they denied us to check in receptionist gave me a reason that you guys cant stay here because we had girl with us although we paid n booked separate rooms.but still receptionist was tooo arrogant ready to fight when i tried to argue i asked for refund he said its not our job go to ask booking.com..when i said ok i will cancel and i cancelled 1 booking fof 1 room manager came to me and said sorry i spoke with owner and u guys cant stay check in but i have to pay for 1 room again as i cancelled reservation.. but i cancelled as he told me to do so. He was so disturbing he came ti room 4 times in 30 minutes. Really. We went there to rest but he did not allowed.it was so pathetic n miserable experience. They dint have fan in room no AC even no towels. No soap in room i have videos also.. 00 services from staff.soo i want my refund of 1 room pleaseee.
