1) Next to the mosque so very loud especially with earlier prayer woken at 5:30am guaranteed. 2) So much hazardous black mould in the first room they put me yet hotel staff and management not that bothered by it. Due to dim light at night didn’t notice it until daylight. I was coughing after staying a night in the room had to ask to change the room and you can smell the dampness in the room. 3) Room lighting is so bad and no daylight comes into the room. 4) Shared bathroom and separate toilet. Toilet stank so much due to sewage. At least put air freshener. Shower didn’t have anything to hold. 5) Extremely noisy where inside inner court staff play music or watch something that can be heard very loud until 22:30pm. Talking loud in general you won’t get any quiet time. Then woken at dawn by loud prayer. 6) Staff members especially female ones aren’t friendly at all. They aware running Riyad guest house yet have not seen any smile or shown any kind of hospitality at all. 7) Breakfast not that great at all. I paid 35 dirham yet all I see is bread and carbs. I went to Kitsch cafe place about 4min walking distance and thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast there.

Micul dejun traditional excelent (neinclus in pretul cazarii) , locatia f buna in medina, personalul foarte amabil. Camerele simple, cu saltele bune si asternuturi curate.

Faptul ca toaletele, doua la numar si singurul dus sunt la comun (deci nu va asteptati la prea multa intimitate), insa sunt bine intretinute, curate.
