Świetna lokalizacja, przytulny apartament z balkonem i pełnym wyposażeniem. Dodatkowo super urządzony ogród z ławeczkami, huśtawkami, miejscem na grilla czy ognisko. Zamykany, bezpieczny plac zabaw dla dzieci. Cicho z dala od samochodów. Duży parking pod domem. Bardzo pomocna i otwarta pani właścicielka.

Materac w sypialni domaga się wymiany, skrzypi niemiłosiernie przy najmniejszym ruchu. W łazience wyczuwalny zapach z kanalizacji, ale na ulicy też było czuć ze studzienek więc chyba taka sytuacja w tej części Rabki.
