The location was amazing and allowed me to visit a lot by walking or by taking the metro since the stations were close by. The hosts are really nice and helpful !

At reception I was met by Peter, a Korean who studied in America. His English is perfect and he provided countless recommendations as well as the most comprehensive check in process I've ever experienced. He also organizes a dinner once a week with him and other hotel guests that was splendid. There were a couple minor issues that they handled quickly and effectively.

"Convenient hotel"

Everything was fine, the bed was comfortable and it was warm in the room during winter time.

What could be possibly improved? There could be a more comfortable chair to sit on. A mug and a glass for drinking could be provided.
